Easy to learn but surprisingly deep. Its a near perfect strategy game. The slow RTS genre seems perfect for mobile gaming. Ive been loving playing with my old buddies near and far

First off I love this game, favorite game. But you should only have one king they are over powered!
This game is fantastic. Deep strategy with interesting tactics. Maybe not the best game to play with thin-skinned acquaintances, but this game is a gem.
Addictive! This is one of the most well thought out, and well executed strategy games Ive ever played. It definitely takes time to learn and you must be committed to playing the game in order to really appreciate what this team of developers created. Like others, I went through the practice drills in order to familiarize myself with the gameplay but there is nothing like getting into the game itself: experience is a great teacher. Once you climb to learning curve, you realize that the strategies are near limitless, interface is excellent, and rule set is well thought out with very little room for improvement. While there is a free version its capabilities are rather limited. It was a bit of a leap of faith to go to the fully paid version but once I did I had no regrets. Give this game some time and you will love it.
The game is awesome good. The idea is fantastic! I wish there some discount activity for the Level 2 security clearance!
Finally a game that you can be proud of. I was so tired of the "flappy birds" of the App Store and I craved for some game with more depth and strategy. This game has it all, week long battles made of decisive positions, allies, and strategy.
Its a great game, a bit to long though. If the creators of this game are listening do you think you create another mode or game where its the same thing but the times are faster so instead of 21 hours its 21 minutes?
Amazing game. Fun to play. Lots of strategy, diplomacy is key.
Subterfuge is by far one of the best strategy games k have ever played (and probably will ever play). Everything is completely based on decisions both diplomatic and physical that affect the entire game. It is fun and easy yet challenging and aggressive. Subterfuge is the best. I cant wait for the next update for which I have some suggestions. You should have the option on factories to permanently shut off driller production like you can disable shields. This would allow useless factories in the middle of an enormous territory to stop producing useless drillers and using up electrical output. It could also be very strategic and add flavor to the game. Just a thought. Thanks for the fantastic game!
Great game with a solid mix of strategy and diplomacy. The pace is a bit slow but I still end up checking in 10+ times a day. Ive bought the full version and bought a few medals. Well done. Keep up the good work.
Not sure why so many people are complaining about backstabbing. Ive won 6/8 games (got second in one of the others) without ever betraying an ally. Effective planning and one or two solid allies, with some luck and good diplomacy skills, are key. Gameplay is very unique, but definitely not for those without patience or who who cant check in regularly. The game takes a long time, and even individual moves take at least several hours to play out. Those who frequently dont log in every four hours or less during the day become targets for other players. As such, definitely not for everyone - but for those looking for a clever, intense and very deep strategy game, try it out.
Dont usually write one but this deserves
This game is cool, the puzzles are good and the atmosphere is creepy. But it needs time and that is not cool.
This game definitely deserves the GDC2016 award that its been nominated for. As soon as I started my first game, I was hooked. I remember checking in every once in a while, or whenever I could. To the purely strategic gameplay, to the relationships built with other players and the eventual satisfactory betrayal that youll eventually lay upon them! (lets be honest, youre going to have to stab someone in the back at one point or another) This is one of the purest strategy games that Ive ever played, its true to the strategy genre. My biggest complaint is the micros transactions, at least they dont affect the gameplay at all, which is why it can be forgiven for the most part. This game DEFINITELY needs more players, its sad that not many people know of this masterpiece of a game please consider telling your friends about this game. All in all, this game is brilliantly balanced and put together... except for the kings (please nerf them, theyre ridiculously overpowered).
This game clearly got the mobile platform right. Its never about graphic or huge long lore. Mobile platform, as it should and will be, fragmentation. This game handles this perfectly. And the only complexity lies in human hearts. It never gave me much pleasure against AI, no matter which form. But human against human is deep, fun, and sometimes a little sad. Five star for all it is. And hopefully it could expand and evolve into a more grand vision sometime in the future.
I love this game. Great graphics, amazing gameplay, all around an awesome game. The only problem I have with it is that I am unable to access the game rules and other tutorials. Playing on an iPhone 4s, but Im not sure what the problem is. Fix this and Ill give it 5 stars.
If you like Risk you will love this game. Alliances can make you win or destroy you, the strategy is complex and challenging; all around its a fantastic competitive, complex and fun game.
It is the Diplomacy Board Game in an App!
Excellently crafted to encourage meta-gaming! Beautiful and smooth UI, great player to player communication. A must-have.
